This position will cover a District in Region 2. The AP Specialist is responsible for the success and operational effectiveness as it relates to shrink within the stores in their district. In this role, the AP Specialist is responsible for driving all Shrink, Front End KPIs, and Fuel compliance and demonstrates best practices in those areas. This role works closely with the District Director and Regional AP Managers for day-to-day execution and overall strategy and guidance. Additionally, the AP Specialist is responsible for developing talent within the Asset Protection Department.
