Job summary

Drjobpro is seeking a Part-Time Specialist in Natick, MA to join the Recreation & Parks team. You will work with participants to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment, leading activities and serving as a positive role model.

The role offers afternoon, evening, and weekend hours, with flexible scheduling up to 19 hours per week. Required include at least 16 years old, 1 year youth/recreation experience, teamwork, and CPR/FA certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with youth or in a recreation or related setting.

• Positive attitude strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include supervising participants planning and running games and activities maintaining a safe program environment helping with setup and cleanup attending staff training and working as part of a team to provide a high-quality recreation experience.

This position works afternoons evenings and weekends depending on schedule and availability. Hours are flexible up to 19 per week.

Compensation:
