Job summary

The Town of Natick Recreation & Parks Department is seeking enthusiastic part-time Instructors to join our team in Natick, MA. You will lead activities, supervise participants, and model positive behavior in a safe, engaging setting.

Hours are afternoons, evenings, and weekends, up to 19 hours per week. You must be 16 or older, collaborative, and prepared to obtain CPR/FA certification if not already held.

• Enjoys working with children and participants of all ages.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
• Has or will obtain CPR/FA certification.

Responsibilities include supervising participants, assisting with games and activities, maintaining a safe program environment, helping with setup and cleanup, attending staff training, and working as part of a team to provide a high-quality recreation experience.

This position works afternoons, evenings, and weekends, depending on schedule and availability. Hours are flexible, up to 19 per week.

Compensation

This position is Grade 1 of the Town’s Part Time-Pay Plan with an hourly range of $15.00 to $15.92 based upon qualifications and experience.
