Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for new investments and development phases.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario modeling for equity, debt, and JV structures.
• Support investor reporting for existing investments and prepare investment memoranda.
• Underwrite new investments and assess financial and tax-advantaged returns.
• Assist in due diligence, feasibility analysis, and market data research.
• Prepare monthly project reports and dashboards for leadership and investors.
