You will lead asset analysis, develop restructuring strategies, and coordinate with borrowers, co-lenders, and legal advisors to drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced private credit environment.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent in finance, business administration, or related field.
• 4–7 years in asset management or restructuring environments (private credit, distressed debt).
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Proven track record in leading asset restructurings.
• CFA, CPA, or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Asset Analysis: Perform detailed financial and operational analysis of distressed assets to understand covenant breaches and identify potential restructuring strategies.
• Restructuring Strategy: Develop and oversee restructuring plans, including debt restructuring, operational improvements, or sale processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with borrowers, co-lenders, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to negotiate restructuring terms.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage the performance of restructured assets, ensuring regulatory and fund compliance.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders, LP meetings, and regulatory bodies.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends and legal changes affecting distressed asset values.
• Team Collaboration: Work with investment, legal, and operations teams to ensure cohesive asset management.
