Core One Group in the United States is seeking a Special Security Support Technician to support the Industrial Security Program. You will review policies, update DCSA directives, and track FCL status under the INDSEC Program Manager.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a related bachelor's degree, and 1–3 years of personnel security experience, with hands-on work with NISS, NCCS, CATMS, and ServiceNow to support KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review PWS/SOWs for compliance with industrial security verbiage.
• Verify and track Facility Clearance (FCL) status using NISS and report changes to INDSEC Program Manager.
• Draft/revise DD Form 254s using NCCS as directed by INDSEC Program Manager.
• Monitor CATMS ServiceNow and other systems; support KPI reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Review policies, directives, instructions, guidance related to Industrial Security (INDSEC); provide suggested changes and update current DCSA policies as directed by the DCSA INDSEC Program Manager.
• Review Performance Work Statements (PWS) and Statements of Work (SOW) to ensure compliance with industrial security verbiage.
• Using National Industrial Security System (NISS) verify and track Facility Clearance (FCL) status related to DCSA Acquisitions efforts. Provide updates regarding any changes to FCL to INDSEC Program Manager.
• Using National Industrial Security Program (NISP) Contract Classification System (NCCS) draft, review, and revise DD Form 254s as directed by the INDSEC Program Manager.
• Monitor and update the DCSA Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) ServiceNow, and other systems as directed.
• Track metrics for the DCSA Director’s KPI Reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in area related to the position
• TS/SCI Clearance
• 1-3 years of experience conducting personnel security, with at a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• Experience with reviewing policies, directives, instructions, guidance related to Industrial Security (INDSEC)
• Using National Industrial Security System (NISS) verify and track Facility Clearance (FCL) status related to DCSA Acquisitions efforts
• Monitor and update the DCSA Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) ServiceNow, and other systems as directed.

Security Clearance:

• TS/SCI

Salary Range: $70,000 - $78,000

The pay range reflected above is a general guideline for this position and labor category and is not a guarantee of a specific salary or offer. Final compensation is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications, security clearance level, contract requirements, geographic location, and internal pay equity, and may reflect market data specific to the awarded contract.
