Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking a casual Response Security Officer in Kenosha, WI. The role can shift by day, handling customer service, patrols and surveillance while adapting with agility and precision to each assignment.

Requirements include ability to stand/walk long shifts, perform access control and screenings, be authorized to work in the U.S., and hold a HS Diploma or GED. Strong quick thinking and problem solving are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Perform access control by monitoring entry and exit points.
• Operate metal detection equipment and conduct security screenings as required.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills.
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required.

As a casual Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

What’s In It For You

• Site Location: Kenosha & Racine, WI
• Set schedule: Multiple Shifts — Must be available for all days/shifts
• Guaranteed minimum: 32 hours per week
• Shift availability: Start times vary between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM
• Weekend availability: Must be available for at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
• Additional requirements: Must have a working phone, be willing to pick up shifts, travel to multiple sites, and provide call-off coverage when needed.
• Competitive hourly wage of $22 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)
