Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Response Security Officer to adapt to varied missions, from customer service to patrols and surveillance. You will work in dynamic settings, ensuring safety and rapid incident response.

Requirements include U.S. work authorization, a High School Diploma or GED, and a CA driver’s license; 2 years of security experience is preferred and a Guard Card/BSIS training is highly regarded. Uniforms are provided, with a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

• Schedule:
  • 40 hours- Swing and Grave Shifts (Must be available on the weekends)
• Competitive hourly wage of $26-$30/hr (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities for Response Security Guard:

• Monitor the premises to ensure security

Qualifications for Response Security Guard:

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of security officer experience preferred
• Must have a valid CA Driver's License
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license (GUARD CARD) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
