GardaWorld Security Services U.S. in Moreno Valley is hiring a Response Security Officer to join our security team. The role varies day to day, including customer service, patrols, and surveillance, with agility and precision at its core.

You will monitor premises, conduct patrols, control access, and respond quickly to incidents while delivering excellent service and writing detailed reports. A valid U.S. work authorization, age 21+, and a BSIS Guard Card are required; training is provided

As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Qualifications for Response Security Guard:

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Flexible Availability:Must be willing and able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as operational needs require. Shifts may vary from week to week, and guaranteed or fixed schedules are not available for this position. Flexibility is essential to support changing client needs, ensure adequate coverage, and maintain service excellence
