Clean King is seeking a dedicated facility cleaning technician to support our elite operations team. You will be dispatched for heavy-duty, high-ticket projects, focusing on floor care with buffers and burnishers, post-construction cleanup, and carpet extraction for commercial clients.

Candidates must be able to lift 40+ lbs and safely manage construction debris, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety on site.

• Execute commercial floor care, including operating buffers and burnishers to strip and wax epoxy/VCT,tile floors.
• Perform meticulous post-construction and move-out cleaning to remove hidden drywall dust.
• Execute professional carpet extraction for commercial clients.
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and handle construction debris safely.
