Responsible for organizing, completing, and assisting the Small Projects Lead-man in any small jobs/projects assigned to the team.

Initiative, decisiveness, tact, integrity, judgment, leadership skills, and technical knowledge are essential to achieving Capstone objectives for this position. Job-related contact can occur virtually with all demographic groups, mainly with Capstone employees and departmental customers.

Representative Duties Include:

• Assist Small Project Lead-Man in completing assigned small jobs.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
• Regular travel with some overnight stays.
• Work in various weather conditions.
• Climb and work from heights when required.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Verify that punch list and warranty items are completed timely.

Job Qualifications:

• Current TDLR and EPA card with the State of Texas.
• Current Texas driver’s license; ability to drive all types of vehicles in the fleet within six months; must be insurable.
• Ability to understand and implement applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Experience drawing and installing complex duct systems.
• Experience installing and running copper piping for refrigeration systems.
• Experience installing PVC and copper for condensate lines.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial/light commercial HVAC installation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and submittals.
• Experience in HVAC troubleshooting.
