Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, PM, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience leading complex, technically driven projects.
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex execution details while aligning with leadership direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑visibility, complex special projects from planning through execution and close‑out.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, risks, action items, and deliverables for initiatives.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, and tracking tools for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, technical operations, shipboard teams, shipyards, and vendors.
• Prepare program updates and materials for senior leadership and executive forums.
