Job summary

Bolt Farm Treehouse, LLC is seeking a Special Projects Lead to drive important improvements across operations and technology. You will clarify what needs to change, decide what matters, bring the right people together, and shepherd projects from concept to handoff.

You’ll work across guest-facing and back-end teams, using AI and automation to reduce coordination work while delivering concrete results that enhance guest experiences and streamline the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading cross-functional projects from definition through implementation.
• A portfolio of projects you personally scoped, coordinated, and delivered.
• Hands-on experience using AI or automation in project workflows.
• Experience delivering projects directly with founders or executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, intended outcomes, owners, and completion criteria with the people closest to the problem.
• Prioritize cross-functional initiatives by guest impact, operating efficiency, and business value.
• Build clear project plans and coordinate the people and dependencies needed to deliver them.
• Use AI-enabled workflows and automation to reduce manual project tracking and follow-up.
• Identify blockers early, resolve tradeoffs, and keep decision-makers informed.
• Work with department teams to simplify processes before adding tools or automations.
• Lead implementation, user adoption, and handoff so completed projects continue working without daily project-team support.
• Capture results and lessons in reusable SOPs, templates, and operating practices.

Your Role

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years leading cross-functional projects from definition through implementation.
• A portfolio of projects you personally scoped, coordinated, and delivered.
• Hands-on experience using AI or automation in project workflows.
• Experience delivering projects directly with founders or executive leaders.

Nice to Have

• Experience in hospitality, guest experience, or other frontline service operations.
• Experience in a founder's office, chief-of-staff function, or special-projects team.
• Experience building ClickUp workflows and automations, or comparable enterprise work-management systems.
• Experience leading a small team and supporting operational adoption after launch.
