Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant work experience may substitute education on a year-for-year basis.
• Experience in business analysis, project or program administration is preferred.
• Substitutions for education may include related graduate level education.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, preparing and coordinating meetings, workshops and conferences.
• Review, develop and interpret policies and procedures.
• Contribute to long- and short-range strategic planning or modeling activities.
• Analyze programs or projects and propose solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Perform budget-related review, planning and development activities.
• Prepare and present information to executives and staff at meetings and conferences.
• Serve as liaison for programs or special projects with staff, government entities and the public.
