A leading organization is seeking a part-time RFR Special Projects Coordinator to manage billing and payment processes for Rabbinic Field Representatives. This remote role requires strong communication and organizational skills, ensuring timely project coordination and documentation.
Location: Remote
Work hours: 20 hours/week (Work hours must be Monday-Friday between 8:00am-5:30pm (EST))
Position Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Salary: $33,000-$38,000

Job Summary
The RFR Special Projects Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring accurate billing and payment processes for Rabbinic Field Representatives (mashgichim) when performing non-regular work assignments. This position serves as the primary liaison between the Rabbinic Coordinators (account managers) and the accounting department, ensuring clear and timely communication. The coordinator is responsible for consistent follow-up on non-regular projects, especially when RCs experience delays, and oversee the billing and payment aspects of annual projects such as the Grape Harvest.
