Job summary

General Services Corporation in Durham, NC, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to provide excellent service to residents and perform building and grounds maintenance tasks. This role involves physical labor, including bulkheads, walls, waterproofing, drainage, and carpentry, with opportunities to work on fences and playground repairs.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of general maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and are capable of lifting 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of general building and grounds maintenance experience.
• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Passing a criminal background check required.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
