Performance Plus is seeking a Specials Team Lead/Technician to join our team in Northwest Indiana. You will lead the specials team, inspect completed work, and ensure high-quality results for our clients across healthcare, education, and other facilities.

This role requires initiative, the ability to work independently, and strong technical skills in specialty cleaning, including window washing and floor care. We offer flexible shifts and opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to learn window cleaning.
• Ability to strip and wax floors and perform floor care.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Specials Team Lead/Technician to join our crew. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, works well independently, and has strong technical skills in specialty cleaning services. You will be responsible for inspecting completed work, performing specialized cleaning tasks, and ensuring high-quality results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience or willing to learn window cleaning
• Skilled in stripping and waxing floors; full knowledge of floor care practices
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Valid driver’s license is a must!
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Work Schedule & Hours

• This position qualifies for full-time employment
• Hours will vary between 20 and 40 per week , depending on workload
• Shifts may vary based on project requirement

Working Conditions

Must be able to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, and construction sites.

Exposure to construction materials, equipment, and hazardous conditions.

Must adhere to safety protocols and always wear appropriate PPE.
