This role will serve as the subject‑matter expert (SME) for critical special processes including heat‑treat, welding, cleaning, plasma coating, and shot peening, ensuring all processes meet customer, regulatory, and industry requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and build a growing function within the organization.
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
$86,800 – $165,200 USD, based on experience and qualifications.
