Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Cardiovascular Special Procedure Technologist to support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will utilize expertise in cardiovascular anatomy, sterile techniques, and imaging to ensure accurate results and high quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant cardiovascular imaging experience.
• State licensure may be required by location.
• Certification: ARRT (R) or RCIS with BLS.

Role Overview

The Cardiovascular Special Procedure Technologist performs advanced diagnostic and invasive procedures to support diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions. They utilize expertise in cardiovascular anatomy, sterile techniques, and imaging technologies to ensure accurate results and effective patient care. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with patients and healthcare teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program with clinical hours completed, or RCIS certification.


• At least one year of relevant experience.


• State licensure may be required based on location.


• Certification: ARRT (R) or RCIS, along with Basic Life Support (BLS).


• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of advanced protocols, flexibility, decision-making, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
