• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Additional certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate a plan of care and discharge plan in collaboration with the patient/family and health team.
• Implement the plan of care with coordination and supervision of the health care team.
• Evaluate patient and family responses to care and revise the plan as needed.
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the patient record.
• Provide care based on best evidence and participate in professional development and leadership activities.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve patient outcomes and safety.
