Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Special Operations Physical Therapist at Fort Bragg, NC to provide evaluation, treatment, and rehab for musculoskeletal conditions in a high-performance environment.

Licensed PT with ABPTS or NATA-ATC credentials preferred; 5+ years manual therapy experience, BCLS, and ability to obtain security clearance are required. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with HP program managers, and maintaining compliant documentation in EHRs and databases.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain clearance.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy with ABPTS or NATA-ATC credentials.
• Five+ years of manual therapy experience in sports medicine preferred.
• Fluent English in both written and spoken forms.
• Maintain credentialing and BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat SOF personnel and direct care staff in HP settings.
• Supervise PT Tech/PT Assistant/ATC within scope of practice as needed.
• Document care in military EHRs and HP databases per guidelines.
• Develop and update clinical practice guidelines for consistency of care.
• Attend meetings and contribute to program management and purchases.
