Job summary

Trinzic seeks a Special Operations Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate musculoskeletal conditions for SOF personnel at Fort Bragg, NC. The role is a licensed independent practitioner within HP settings and supports the POTFF program.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, supervision of support staff, collaboration with HP leadership, and contribution to evidence-based practice guidelines while maintaining compliance with military standards.

Qualifications

• This position requires U.S. Citizenship.
• Secret or Top Secret Clearance, or ability to obtain.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• ABPTS OCS/SCS or NATA ATC certification.
• Maintain credentialing in good standing at the local MTF.
• Must meet physical demands of training with SOF including rough terrain.
• May lift and handle weights up to 25 kg.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with or without referrals.
• Refer patients to other POTFF staff members as needed.
• Provide neuromusculoskeletal injury care and related services, including imaging and referrals.
• Supervise PT Tech, PT Assistant, and/or ATC within scope of practice.
• Participate in program meetings, identify improvement opportunities.
• Advise HP program Manager on sports medicine, injury prevention and research.
• Develop and maintain clinical practice guidelines for HP Training Centers.
• Document care in military EHRs and HP databases.
