Job summary

KBR’s Mission Technology Solutions is seeking a Special Operations Psychological/Mental Health Technician for onsite work at Fort Bragg, NC. Relocation is offered, with candidates transitioning to Trinzic after the spin-off in 2027.

Eligible applicants must be US citizens with a background in psychiatric/behavioral health and lapse-safe credentials. The role involves diverse behavioral health duties under licensed professionals, including intakes, therapy sessions, and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Requires Secret or Top Secret clearance eligibility.
• Associate degree or commensurate training; military mental health tech background accepted.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as psychiatric technician.
• Training in crisis intervention and de-escalation required; BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide wide range of behavioral health interventions under supervision.
• Conduct intakes and assist care of psychiatric, drug and alcohol patients.
• Lead prescribed individual or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain monthly statistics and prepare reports.
• Prepare clinical appointments and intake forms.
