Home Base Transportation, LLC is seeking a Transport Monitor to ensure safe transportation for occupants. You will assist riders on and off vehicles, supervise during transit, and connect them with their parents or guardians.

The role emphasizes safety and relationship-building with riders and families, requires awareness of seatbelt safety, and ability to resolve issues while remaining calm and professional.

Qualifications

• Ability to work Monday - Friday from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Variable hours (20 - 40) per week are available.
• Maintain a professional appearance daily, wearing the company uniform and ID tags.
• Pass and maintain a CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Support Riders on their journey, prioritizing safety and their needs.
• Demonstrate ability to conduct emergency bus evacuation procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of first-aid procedures; dispatch emergency services for serious situations.
• Provide appropriate intervention in conflict situations according to ISS standards; notify the office when necessary.
• Charter school transportation.
• Fill out required daily forms to maintain accurate Company Documentation & Standards.
