Job summary

Miracle Kids Success Academy welcomes a Teacher Assistant to join our nurturing team. You will support teachers in delivering structured activities that promote cognitive, social-emotional, and motor growth for children from birth through kindergarten.

You will collaborate with therapists, nurses, and families to tailor guidance to each child's needs, ensuring a safe, inclusive classroom where every child can thrive and progress toward independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred.
• At least one year of classroom experience with children, especially those with developmental delays or disabilities, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher with daily lessons, activities, and routines.
• Create positive and engaging experiences for children.
• Help children develop cognitive, social-emotional, communication, and motor skills.
• Provide individualized encouragement and support based on each child's needs.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Actively supervise children throughout the day.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, nurses, and families.
• Celebrate children's milestones and help prepare them for greater independence and success.
