Job summary

Precision Human Resource Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support students in a Jefferson Hills school setting. You will work in-person, providing one-to-one assistance, helping with daily routines, behavior support, and learning activities alongside teachers.

Shift is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 3:30pm, with pay at $18 per hour and weekly payroll. This temp-to-perm role offers hands-on classroom experience supporting special needs students in Clairton, PA 15025.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
• 2 years relevant experience in PCA, caregiver, HHA, DSP, etc.
• Proactive, patient, and able to work with students with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with special needs students under supervision of Lead Teacher.
• Support students with behavior, self-care, and classroom tasks.
• Assist with activities, prompting, and social skills.

Education
