Precision HR Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Assistant/Teacher's Aide in Monroeville for an immediate full-time role. You will support students with special needs under the guidance of the classroom teacher, providing instructional reinforcement.

• Must have related experience working with children, special needs, teacher's assistant, home health aide, personal care assistant, nursing home, daycare, or related work.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional reinforcement for individual students or small groups.
• Assist teacher with classroom management and general supervision of the class.
• Attend to students' physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs.
• Assist with administrative duties such as setting up equipment and preparing materials.
• Supervise students in the cafeteria, schoolyard, specials, hallways, on field trips, and before/after school programs.
