Job summary

West Hartford Public Schools is seeking a full-time extraordinary needs paraprofessional at Aiken Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year. The role requires patience, respect, and flexibility, with strong interpersonal skills to support students with behavioral, social and emotional needs.

This 10-month position includes full benefits and may involve lifting and other physical duties. Prior paraprofessional experience is preferred, and PMT training is desirable.

Qualifications
