Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a part-time Employment Specialist/Job Coach in Lancaster County to support individuals with IDD in community work settings. You will coach, train, and help clients explore career interests, secure employment, and build skills for long-term success at work.

Strong communication with employers, documentation of progress, and advocacy for inclusive workplaces are key. The role offers flexible hours, weekly pay, and meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience working with IDD.
• Daytime availability required.
• ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train individuals with IDD to explore career interests and secure employment.
• Develop skills to maintain long-term success at work and document progress.
• Educate employers on benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities and advocate for inclusive practices.

We are currently hiring a part-time Employment Specialist/Job Coaches for Lancaster County!

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated part-time Employment Specialist/Job Coaches to join our team. In this role, Job Coaches provide one-on-one support, coaching, and training to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in integrated community work settings. Job Coaches assist individuals in exploring career interests, securing employment, and developing the skills needed to maintain long-term success at work. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Empowering an Individual to obtain meaningful employment
• Assist with enhancing job skills by monitoring progress through documentation
• Educate employers on benefits and opportunities of work with people with disabilities
• Advocating for inclusion on the job and reasonable accommodations for the individual
• Making an impact on the community

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive pay rates: $17-$25/hr with a weekly pay schedule
• Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)
• Short commute times within your Community
