Qualifications

• Florida ESE teaching certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's needs.
• Deliver differentiated instruction using evidence-based strategies.
• Monitor and document student progress, behavior, and academics.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff.
• Communicate with parents and IEP team members.
• Maintain compliance with ESE regulations and state standards.
• Create a safe, structured, nurturing classroom environment.
