Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
• Deliver differentiated instruction using evidence-based strategies for students with exceptional needs.
• Monitor and document student progress, behavior, and academic performance.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff to ensure inclusive learning environments.
• Communicate with parents, guardians, and IEP team members regarding student development.
• Maintain compliance with ESE regulations, state standards, and district policies.
• Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment that promotes student growth and independence.
