Qualifications

• Working knowledge of classroom behavioral management and positive behavior support is desired.
• Ability to deal empathetically with students with learning and/or physical disabilities and deliver instructional programs.
• Ability to move and perform physical tasks including kneeling, bending, reaching, climbing stairs; may require lifting over 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructional programs to students with special needs.
• Work with students in a school/community setting with vocational needs for transition age students.
• Collaborate in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.

Education

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
