About The Position

We seek passionate and dedicated general practice dentists who enjoy building long-lasting relationships with patients. As a general dentist at Mortenson Dental Partners, you'll have clinical autonomy and a range of benefits, including free internal clinical education on various specialties such as clear aligners, dental implants, and endodontics. New providers enjoy a guaranteed income period, followed by 30% of net collections. Our dentists earn an average of $230,000, with potential to earn over $400,000. You will also become an owner through our employee stock ownership plan and can purchase stock directly. We emphasize clinical quality, supported by an esteemed Clinical Committee. To support your transition, we offer a minimum sign-on bonus of $20,000.
