About the Position

We are seeking passionate and dedicated general practice dentists who enjoy creating long-lasting relationships with patients. As a general dentist at Mortenson Dental Partners, you will have clinical autonomy and a range of benefits, including free internal clinical education classes on specialties like clear aligners, dental implants, endodontics, and more. New providers will receive a guaranteed income period, followed by 30% of net collections. Our dentists earn an average of $230,000, with potential to earn over $400,000. You will also become an owner through our employee stock ownership plan and optional direct stock purchases. We prioritize clinical quality with support from our Clinical Committee, providing mentoring and guidance to enhance your career. To ease your transition, we offer a minimum sign-on bonus of $20,000.
