Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Dental Assisting experience; experience in special care dentistry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide four-handed chairside assisting during dental procedures and support patients with special health care needs.
• Coordinate daily clinic operations, prep treatment rooms, obtain records and radiographs for evaluation.
• Maintain OSHA and infection control standards in clinical areas; sterilize instruments and restock supplies.
• Manage inventory of dental and clinical supplies and coordinate ordering to ensure adequate stock.
• Prepare and manage laboratory cases, including impressions and models, and assist with lab invoices.
• Expose and process dental radiographs with modified techniques for special needs patients, adhering to radiation safety.
