BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Lincolnton, NC. BAYADA’s Direct Support Professionals DSPs work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.

You will be part of a team that cares and a company that believes in leading with our values. We provide an opportunity for you to make a difference in the lives of others and offer flexibility in our roles to match your needs.

We’re hiring urgently for the following areas: Lincolnton, Denver, Stanley, and the surrounding area.

Shifts available: Afternoons, Evenings (3pm - 9pm) during the weekdays; flexible weekends (up to 12 hour shifts). Shifts subject to change based on client needs.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities
• Help lift and reposition clients.
