Fay Servicing is seeking a Special Loans Analyst to conduct in‑depth assessments, identify risks, and implement strategic solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role handles high‑risk accounts, including defaults and modifications, supporting timely decisions and resolutions.
The position requires 2+ years in mortgage servicing, familiarity with ARM/DSI/HELOC products, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the AVP, Special Loans, this position is responsible for conducting comprehensive, in-depth assessments of complex loan cases, identifying potential risks and implementing strategic solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role handles high-risk special loan accounts, including those in default, modification or requiring unique solutions. This role conducts detailed analysis and manages the account status to support the decision-making and resolution on special loan cases.
Additionally, this role maintains detailed records, prepares reports and communicates effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, resolve issues and optimize loan performance.
