Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking an Early Intervention Special Instructor to support children from birth to three years old and their families in home, daycare, or community settings.

You will use a coaching model to empower parents, promoting skills that help the child succeed and reach goals. This is a per visit position with 5–19 hours per week, with potential to expand based on need and schedule.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in one of the listed majors.
  • Pediatric CPR and FA certification (including infant/child CPR and in-person skills testing).
  • Commitment to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide early intervention services to children from birth through age three in home, daycare, or community settings.

Job Description

Special Instructor of Early Intervention. As an Early Intervention Special Instructor you can make a positive impact on children and families! Teammates work directly with children from birth through age three and their families, using a coaching model to empower the parents to be the ones who provide the support needed and techniques to help their child succeed and achieve their goals.Services are provided in the child's natural setting, such as their home, daycare, or community setting. This is a per visit position (5-19 hours per week) with the opportunity to build to part time or potentially full time depending on need, flexibility, etc.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
  • Obtained Bachelor's Degree in one of the following majors: Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Family Studies, Early Childhood Development
