Intertek is seeking a Special Inspector in Dupont, WA to perform inspections and testing for Tacoma-area projects, including reinforced concrete, structural masonry, and soil/compaction. The role supports Monday–Friday schedules with occasional overtime on project needs.

Base pay ranges from $35 to $45 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within Intertek's Building & Construction division.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in Special Inspection or construction industry.
• ICC Reinforced Concrete certification is required.
• Valid WA Enhanced Driver’s License, Real ID, or Passport.
• Strong report writing, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsabilidades

• Perform inspections and testing per procedures, codes and specs.
• Prepare accurate daily field reports with work descriptions.
• Interface professionally with onsite contractors to address issues.
