Job summary

Northfield Park Racino is looking for a Special Events Rep to assist with the execution of events and promotions. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience and be willing to work weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include assisting the Slot Marketing Department and completing projects from management.

A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with 1+ years of relevant experience in hospitality or customer service. You will need to effectively communicate in English and possess excellent organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in hospitality or customer service required.
• Experience handling money and processing credit card transactions.
• Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of special events and promotions.
• Complete special projects as requested by management.
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
