Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking an experienced Massage Therapist to provide chair massages at special events in Juno Beach and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This flexible, as-needed role is ideal for professionals who enjoy helping others relax and recharge.

You will deliver on-site chair massage in corporate and fitness-center settings, with 1–2 weeks' notice for events when possible. Applicants must hold a Florida Massage Therapy License, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, and have 2+ years of

Qualifications

Massage Therapy License for the state of Florida required.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from recognized organizations required prior to start date.
2+ years of massage therapy experience required.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
Experience in sports massage techniques.
Good communication skills; listening and verbal.

Responsibilities

Perform numerous massage modalities and adjust delivery mode to address the needs of each customer.
General understanding of body treatments and be willing and able to learn the products and services provided.
Therapist must be willing and capable to deliver on site chair massage in a corporate setting (incidental travel, set-up and tear down) in addition to a spa like environment within a fitness center.
Must function as an active member of an integrated health and wellness team and support department wide events and strategies.
