Massage Therapist - Special Events | Juno Beach & Palm Beach Gardens, FL

HealthFitness is seeking an experienced Massage Therapist to provide chair massages at special events in Juno Beach and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This flexible, as-needed role is perfect for professionals who are passionate about helping others relax, recharge, and feel their best.

Events are scheduled on an as-needed basis, with 1-2 weeks' advance notice provided whenever possible.

Responsible for administering professional massage services to a wide variety of members and guests.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform numerous massage modalities and adjust delivery mode to address the needs of each customer.
• General understanding of body treatments and be willing and able to learn the products and services provided.
• Therapist must be willing and capable to deliver on site chair massage in a corporate setting (incidental travel, set-up and tear down) in addition to a spa like environment within a fitness center.
• Must function as an active member of an integrated health and wellness team and support department wide events and strategies.

Minimum Requirements

• Massage Therapy License for the state of Florida required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
• 2+ years of massage therapy experience required.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
• Experience in sports massage techniques.
• Good communication skills; listening and verbal.

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation range for this role is $80 - $90/hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
