Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, recreation, or related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• For Recreation Leader II: one year of related experience and independent problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, operations, and breakdown.
• Provide excellent customer service to participants, vendors, and partners.
• Support event staff, instructors, and volunteers during activities.
• Organize event materials and supplies as directed.
• Greet attendees and provide information.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at event areas.
• Report incidents or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
