Job summary

The Army National Guard is seeking a Special Electronic Devices Repairer to maintain and repair advanced equipment including night vision devices, navigational controls, and battlefield sensors. You will test instruments, read diagrams, replace parts, and ensure quality control.

Advanced NCOs may supervise and train other Soldiers during the course of duty. This role offers paid training and a clear path to civilian career opportunities after service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be between the ages of 17 and 35.
• Must meet citizenship requirements.

Responsibilities

• Test instruments, navigational controls, and simulators.
• Read technical diagrams and manuals.
• Replace parts and troubleshoot equipment.
• Supervise and train other Soldiers at advanced levels.
