The DC Army National Guard seeks a Special Electronic Devices Repairer to maintain night vision equipment, electronic distance and azimuth devices, battlefield illumination gear and related instruments. You will test instruments, read diagrams, replace parts, and troubleshoot to keep gear mission-ready.

Advanced specialists may supervise and train other Soldiers, with paid training and tuition assistance available to advance your civilian skills.

Qualifications

• Interest in mathematics and solving problems.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in repair work.

Responsibilities

• Test instruments, navigational controls, and simulators.
• Read technical diagrams and manuals.
• Replace parts and perform repairs.
• Ensure quality control measures.
• Troubleshoot and inspect equipment.
• Advanced level personnel may supervise and train other Soldiers.
