Job summary

Family of Kidz in Oakdale, NY seeks therapists to support children in Early Intervention and Preschool programs. Positions are part-time or fee-for-service with potential for full-time, and compensation ranges from $64–$75 per hour for EI and $55–$60 per hour for Preschool.

Compensation:

• EI Compensation: $64-$75/ hour
• Preschool Compensation: $55-60/ Hour

Responsibilities

• Work with students who are in Early Intervention or Preschool Program providing individualized lessons which target goals from the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) / Individualized Educational Plan (IEP).
• Develop creative and multi-sensory lessons based on the IFSP/IEP goals and report progress toward these goals.
• Collect meaningful information on IEP /IFSP goals and report quarterly on child’s progress with IEP/IFSP goals.
• Ongoing communication with supervisors and multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate attendance and submit electronic billing daily.
• Attend professional development trainings to maintain best practice approach and continue personal development.
• Maintain professionalism with parents, teachers, and other professionals.
• Attend IEP/IFSP meetings.
