Family of Kidz in Eastern Suffolk, NY is seeking dedicated staff to work with children in Early Intervention or Preschool programs. Opportunities include day, evening, and weekend slots with flexible scheduling to fit family needs.

You will develop individualized lessons aligned with IFSP/IEP goals, report progress regularly, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Compensation includes EI $64–$75 per hour and Preschool $55–$60 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Certification required for NYS Students with Disabilities B-Grade 2.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children and families preferred.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized lessons for Early Intervention or Preschool participants based on IFSP/IEP goals.
• Develop creative, multi-sensory lessons and report progress toward goals.
• Collect and report progress data on IEP/IFSP goals quarterly.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain attendance and submit electronic billing daily.
• Attend professional development trainings and collaborate with parents and professionals.
• Participate in IEP/IFSP meetings.

Responsibilities

• Work with students who are in Early Intervention or Preschool Program providing individualized lessons which target goals from the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) / Individualized Educational Plan (IEP).
• Develop creative and multi-sensory lessons based on the IFSP/IEP goals and report progress toward these goals.
• Collect meaningful information on IEP /IFSP goals and report quarterly on child’s progress with IEP/IFSP goals.
• Ongoing communication with supervisors and multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate attendance and submit electronic billing daily.
• Attend professional development trainings to maintain best practice approach and continue personal development.
• Maintain professionalism with parents, teachers, and other professionals.
• Attend IEP/IFSP meetings.
