- Master’s in Special Education (MSed)
- Teacher’s certification for students with disabilities, birth–grade 2
- State certification in Special Education
- Experience working with children with special needs, specifically developmental disabilities and autism
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
