Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teacher with educational programs for students.
• Accompany students to work experience activities.
• Assist or carry out activities designed by therapists and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness in classrooms and restrooms.
• Lift a student if needed and participate in two-person lifts.
• Prepare instructional materials for classrooms.
• Assist students during transportation in vans.
• Record information on data sheets.
• Carry out behavior programs as planned by staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate with students as directed by staff.
• Travel to different schools as needed.
