Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience working with children or young adults.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Safety Care certified or willing to obtain certification.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work under supervision but independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with classroom instruction under supervision of the teacher.
• Provide support and guidance to students in Middle and High School.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive classroom environment.
• Help design and implement systems to track student progress.
• Complete incident and restraint reports as required.
